At Polymaker, we stand behind the quality of our 3D printing materials and hardware. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that all filaments are sealed and hardware components are protected from transit damage.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technical team inspects the returned goods to verify their condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
